Original Bands Ladies/College Night Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. 1. Minimum Age Policy All band members must be at least 21 years of age and be able to provide a valid I.D. upon request. 2. Promoting Your Show These Thursday nights are College and Ladies Night with Complimentary drinks for ladies from 9pm-midnight $4.00 Pitchers of Bud Light, Coors, and Coors Light. Also don't forget to mention free admission and free parking. We encourage you to come down a week or two before to check it out and promote yourselves to the people watching the other Thursday night bands. 3. Payment Policy Since Buffalo Rose is free admission on Thursday nights, there is no cover charge to pay the bands with, so, bands will be paid once there are 60 people in the room. The pay is $100 (total for bands to split) with bonuses added at 100 people (split between the 3 bands). Due to production costs, bands cannot be paid unless there are at least 60 people in the room (if we don't sell liquor, we are losing money). Patrons in the front bar, patio and game room do not count toward your attendance numbers. Bands are encouraged to sell merchandise for producing their own additional revenues. 4. Form of Payment If any money is to made by the bands, it will be paid in cash at the end of the last band, once the total number of patrons have been determined. 5. Band Set Times Band 1 - 9:00pm-9:45pm Band 2 - 10:05pm-10:50pm Band 3 - 11:10pm-11:55pm Set changes are 20 minutes. That means you have 10 minutes to get your gear on the stage and 10 minutes to get it off the stage. Please be prepared so we can run on time. If you are not ready by your start time, your set time will be reduced. Please be considerate to the other bands playing that night by starting on time and not over-playing your set time. 6. Load-in time 8:00pm. All bands are encouraged to load in at this time. It gives everyone plenty of time to have their gear set up, and why not come to support the other bands? Load in door is located in the alley behind the Buffalo Rose. 7. Sound Check All bands will get a line/monitor check before going on. No full sound checks will be done, (don't worry, we do this all the time). You are welcome to use your own vocal mics (as most singers prefer) but we have plenty. The sound engineer is provided by The Buffalo Rose. We have a full p.a. with 12 monitor mixes and plenty of mics and stands. No guest soundmen are permitted to run sound. Bring only your band gear. For $25, we can record a great sounding Stereo CD of your live performance to use for a demo or whatever. 8. Production Please leave all of your stage props, special lighting needs, blood and gore at home. In other words, if it takes longer than 10 minutes to get it on the stage and 10 minutes to get off the stage, please leave it at home. 9. Cancellation Policy Don't call the club to cancel unless it is last minute, otherwise, if you need to cancel your show, use the contact link located above, we appreciate a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice. If you can find someone to replace you, it's always very helpful to us. 10. Indemnity All Bands on behalf of themselves, their affiliates, agents, subcontractors, and employees hereby agree to indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless Buffalo Rose, its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective stockholders, officers, directors, agents, subcontractors, and employees, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees) arising or alleged to arise from or related to the negligence, acts, or omissions of The Band , its employees, agents or representatives hereunder including, without limitation, those in favor of The Band’s employees, its subcontractors or invitees, on account of bodily injury, death or damage to property. *****PLEASE NOTE****** Your date is subject to change due to national touring acts that are proposed and schedule conflict occurs. We will certainly try to give you as much advance notice as possible and will reschedule your date if that occurs. Heck, we might even give you the opening slot.
